Kume is a wonderful restaurant! Sashimi and Sushi, lunch and dinner specials, and full bar. The staff here is top notch. On our most recent visit, our server was Vincent. He was very attentive, and speedy. He was knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly, with a great sense that humor and a big smile that could be seen even under his mask.
Kume is part of our regular rotation when dining out in Augusta.

Amazing spot! I love how their habachi tastes. I feel like it has a bit more of a pepper spice taste and that made a huge difference. I got to watch hockey through a FISH TANK! It was the cutest Maine experience I've had so far on my trip. I'm so happy I got the chance to get real Maine seafood in the best form.

Service and food were great. Love it that we did not have to wait long for the food. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely go there again.

1st time dining at this restaurant. Great experience!!! The noodles were very good! It was a great experience to sit in front of the grill and see our food being cooked and the great humor that our chef had! After all, laughter is the best medicine!!!! Laughter, good food, great family...great dining experience!!! Ty for being there Kume!
